Here is another problem: my pgnus does not recognize charset="koi8-u",
which also is used for messages in Russian, e.g. in Message-ID:
<813ien$lf9$1@news.lucky.net>. Is it supposed to be in Ukrainian?
Should koi8-u be specified as a valid encoding for Russian?
I've made it ignored for relcom.talk, and it works, still it is not a
correct way to deal with the problem.
