Up to now, we used ``:version "23.0" ;; No Gnus'' for variables
introduce in No Gnus.  "23.0" because at that time it wasn't sure
which will be the next Emacs version and if No Gnus will become part
of it.

It fine with me to change it to 23.1 now, but then it should better be
changed in all Gnus files.  Please don't remove `` ;; No Gnus'', we
might use this for ``:package-version'' (as in MH-E) later.
(In nnmairix.el, we forgot to add `` ;; No Gnus'' upto now.)
