Oops.  I have set gnus-gcc-externalize-attachments to 'all, so my copy
of the article only contains the filename.  Resending with `S D e'
(gnus-summary-resend-message-edit) apparently doesn't restore the real
attachment.  So it's a Gnus bug, isn't it? ;-)
