I'd set `default-recipient-self' in `~/.gnupg/gpg.conf'.

I'd guess you could remove the security MML tag in the temp buffer used
in `gnus-inews-do-gcc'.

I think it's quite common to be interested in only securing the
transport and not the local copy of the message. Patches welcome!
