Improve removal of Incoming* prompt

I had to type about 1500 'y' to this query.  It would be nice if it was
possible to type '!' or something to make it answer yes for all files.

You must have been using No Gnus with mail-source-delete-incoming = t
for some time?  ;-)

Unless you change `mail-source-delete-old-incoming-confirm' to t (the
default is nil) and `mail-source-delete-incoming' (default is 10 or 2
for development/stable), you shouldn't see any questions.

Are you saying that you get the questions with the default values?
Did you update from CVS?
