Mention `message-use-mail-followup-to' in information message

Hi,

wouldn't it make sense to mention the variables
`message-use-followup-to' and `message-use-mail-followup-to', in the
*MESSAGE information message* buffer when following up to a message
with (Mail-)Followup-To header?
