I just accidentally killed a lot of my groups for the second time, by
hitting C-w in the group buffer, meaning it as a window manager
command but I hit it when the window manager wasn't listening.
I found no way to restore my groups but exiting Gnus without saving,
so I think gnus-group-kill-region should be a disabled command (which
I have now put in my .gnus).

Maybe we should add a `y-or-n-p' query unless `gnus-expert-user' is t.
