Hi,

the last four lines in make.bat don't have DOS line endings (CR NL)
but only NL (Emacs doesn't recognizing the file as DOS anymore).  I
guess this may break the installation on (some?) Windows versions,
doesn't it?

I'm not sure if adding CR to the arch-tag line would change the tag.
