It's quite disturbing, so I'll remove it.
Furthermore, the new functions
`gnus-summary-limit-strange-charsets-predicate' and
`gnus-summary-limit-to-predicate' are not mentioned in ChangeLog and
the former has no doc-string (maybe it should have a different name?).
