In one of my groups (a digest of technical online news), nearly all articles
contain "long" lines. Is there a way to customize this group so that all
articles are viewed as if I had pressed W Q (gnus-article-fill-long-lines)?

Customize the group with `G c' in the Group buffer and add the
variable `gnus-treat-fill-long-lines' (value `t') there (near the end,
item "Variables:". Or add an entry to `gnus-parameters'.

Bye, Reiner.
