If it becomes a more frequent mistake, we might add (utf8 . utf-8) to
the default value `mm-charset-synonym-alist'.
Mostly it was a pilot error, e.g. as discussed in
<http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.emacs.xemacs.beta/26066/focus=26089>.
