Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:

I tried to customize the variable nnimap-authinfo-file.  The
customization form gives the option to specify authentication info
inline.  This doesn't work.  The only time the variable is used in
nnimap.el, it is passed as a parameter to gnus-parse-netrc and that
function only accepts a file name string, but not a preparsed list of
any kind.
