hello folks, had those files i deleted restored from back up, but now the
summary buffer and the actual articles viewed have no relation to each
other, any way to fix this?

rm -rf ~/News/overview
This directory just contains cached header information. If you delete
them, entering a group will take a bit longer but nnimap will fetch
the necessary information from the IMAP server.
