An email address contains a `simple mailbox specification' (user@host)
which probably mustn't contain quotes, but let's say that Ms O'Brien
is reachable as kob@frob.org, then the following would be a good
address:
"K. O'Brien" <kob@frob.org>
Maybe even something like
"K. O'Brien" <"k.o'brien@frob.org">
will work, but I doubt it.
