I did not mean `before presentation'.  I meant that you get three
windows for MIME messages: the summary buffer, the toc buffer, and the
article buffer.  The TOC buffer contains the information shown above.
Which buttons (`[ ]' and `( )') are selected initially is determined
from the default settings.  Clicking one of buttons immediately
affects what is shown in the article buffer.
