This is nice, but I think it would be useful in its own right to have a user-level command. It would be useful for dealing with the occasional strange article in groups where it isn't expected. And maybe some messages that Hrvoje is seeing are correctly labeled Latin-1? kai -- A preposition is not a good thing to end a sentence with.
