I've already seen the new nndoc MIME digest thing, very, very nifty!

So if I understand you correctly, you are suggesting that there be one
`concatenate everything' view of an article, and that there be the
additional nndoc alternative, for viewing the `toc'.  If there are
nested body parts (a multipart/alternative as the second part of a
multipart/mixed, say), would one then be able to create two nested
nndoc groups?  That'd be nice.

I think the alternative outlined above is nice.  I just wanted to make
clear that there are other alternatives, maybe with their own merits.
