Attaching a file to the message currently being composed already
works: with C-c C-a.

In fact, in 0.89, the items from the MML | Attach menu seem to work,
whereas MML | Insert | Part seems not to work.

You can always compose MML by hand, though.

I don't know of a known-bug list other than the mailing list archive.
The todo list is known as `Newest Features' in Gnus; there is a
corresponding node in the info file.
