WIBNI the drafts feature was orthogonal to the real backend used?  If
it was, people could decide whether their drafts should go in nnmh
(like they do now) or in nnfolder, or in nnimap.  I think especially
the latter possibility would be nice for the nnimap community -- that
would mean that you could start composing a message on one machine and
then finish it later on a different machine.

What about a `be a drafts group' parameter for the server or (better)
for the group?
