I've set up things such that magic happens depending on the group I'm
in when composing a followup. So, quite frequently, I receive a
message which ends up in nnimap:INBOX. I move that to some other
group, then enter the group, display the message, then hit `F' or `R'.
Is there a command which does that for me? Moves the current message
into another group, enters that group, displaying the message? Then I
could easily hit `F' from there.

Linux provides a nice `poweroff' command, but where is `poweron'?

Not really, but I think defining such a macro wouldn't be that
difficult, really.
