Anyone seen these Subject lines encoded like this:
Subject: =?utf-8?B?c2tvdnJhbiBleHBlcmltZW50IG9uIGF6YWg=?=
Does oGnus know how to decode these? Any chance of a backport into 5.8.x?

oGnus, as well as Gnus 5.8, knows if (X)Emacs knows unicode. Mule-UCS
is an external unicode package for Emacs. But, AFAIK, it is not for
XEmacs.
