Subject: Setting nnslashdot levels?
Date: 02 Dec 1999 23:10:40 -0500	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <vuoogc8ll4v.fsf@csa.bu.edu> (raw)

Two questions about slashdot and setting levels:

1) I have a slashdot topic configured and my slashdot groups showing
up beneath it. The groups are showing up as level 3 (the default
subscribed level); I'd like to instead have it so that all nnslashdot
groups (or all groups under that topic) are level 5, say. How can I
configure that?

2) Even better would be if the slashdot webserver was not contacted at
_all_ (not even at gnus startup) until I specifically requested it.
Can this be configured? Is it just the same as above?

Thanks,

-Emerick
