Draft mode is not being set up in very recent CVS?

In CVS updated as of the last day or so, I am not finding that the
usual "nndraft:drafts" keybindings are set up, e.g., `D e' does not
begin re-editing the current message, nor do I have an XEmacs menu for
it.  I am having trouble chasing through the code to find where this
is supposed to occur.  Have I missed something?

(gnus-dummy (gnus-draft-mode)) is set as the parameter of
nndraft:drafts group.

Does `G p' on the drafts group mention (dummy (gnus-drafts-mode)) or
somesuch?  If it is missing, you could just kill the drafts group and
have Gnus create it for you when you restart.

So it is.  I can't explain why I was getting no draft mode in drafts
earlier today.  Another fresh XEmacs, another restart, and it's back.
Weird.

Now and again, we run into these situations where something goes wrong
for someone, nobody else sees it, and half a day later the original
person isn't seeing the problem any more, either.  Makes one wonder
just how many heisenbugs are lurking under the hood, and how many of
them are X?Emacs error, Gnus error, or cockpit error.
