hello,

i've just executed gnus-group-expire-all-groups and got:
 Wrong type argument: number-char-or-marker-p, nil

probably while expunging (large) nnfolder group.

any idea why?

Not without a stack trace so as to know what failed.

M-x set-var RET debug-on-error RET t RET
Redo what failed.
Save the resulting trace and quit out of the debugger.
Turn debug-on-error off.
Send a new bug report with trace included.
