New newsgroup 'mail.misc', but no splitting to this group!?

A couple of days ago, a new group appeared, 'mail.misc'... Have no
idea where it came from, but mail from a bunch of mailing lists goes
there (not all, but some)...

What!?

This is GNUS v5.8.7 (Debian GNU/Linux package).

Hm.  Does C-h v nnmail-split-methods RET and C-h v nnmail-split-fancy
RET say what you think it should say?

Compare output of `G E' on that group with output of `G E' on other
(nnml?) groups.  Any differences (besides article numbers)?

You set gnus-secondary-select-methods to a contain a mail backend.

*Info* -> Select Methods -> Getting Mail -> Getting Started Reading Mail
