Hi,
when I receive mail with bad From header:
From: <email@domain.cz>
Gnus (with gnus-summary-line-format "%U%R%z%I%(%[%4L: %-20,20f%]%) %s
") does not display nothing in the field where the name of the Sender (or
recipient when the Sender am I) should be.
How can I avoid it? I'd like to see his email there.

I believe that setting mail-use-rfc822 will help you here, which will
cause mail-strip-quoted-names to do more intelligent analysis of
addresses.
