Quimby moving in a couple of days

(And "hi" again to everybody I met while in the US and Canada.)

I'm in the process of moving everything from the old Quimby to the new
Quimby, and should hopefully have everything up and running in a few
days.  You can continue to use the old Quimby (to check in cvs changes
and stuff) -- I'll sync it up on the new Quimby when I get everything
working.

Quimby will also be changing its IP address in the move, and will be
getting its very own DMZ.

I consider it a bug that the name of the Almighty Author of Gnus be
cut thusly.  Please take action.  It's already hard enough to remember
his name when fully spelt, now think when I miss half of it.

No, 20 and 25 are arbitrary numbers.  I don't like arbitrary numbers.
23, on the other hand, is not arbitrary.  It is just long enough for
the creators name to fit.
