Hi!

When I start a recent, ie. younger than 2005-03-29, No Gnus, I get the
following error:

I'm getting it too.  From my limited research it looks like date-to-time
depends on parse-time-string but parse-time.el hasn't been loaded.  Loading
this file before starting Gnus fixes the problem for me.
