Bug fixes and message toolbar. (Which doesn't work yet, so don't use
it.) Also get the new etc.tar.gz package.
Get it from <URL:http://www.ifi.uio.no/~larsi/sgnus.tar.gz> or
"ftp.ifi.uio.no:/pub/emacs/gnus/".
