Hint: Decoding mime header encoding (øv)

I noticed that the mime encoded headers were decoded in the *Article*
buffer, but not in the *Summary* when you have enabled

  (add-hook 'gnus-article-prepare-hook 'gnus-article-de-quoted-unreadable)

By browsing the source I found that there was an undocumented hook
which can solve this problem.  Add

  (add-hook 'gnus-parse-headers-hook 'gnus-headers-decode-quoted-printable)

and you have seen the last of those MIME stuff.

I think these two hooks should be enabled by default.  This would give
new users (in Europe) a better first impression of Gnus, and it will
be only a little extra work for people who want to install one of the
unbundled MIME packages.

Yup; I think so too.  It'll be enabled in 0.74.
