I think it would make more sense if followups were
``*followup to Lars Magne Ingebrigtsen in mail.ding*''
rather than
``*reply to Lars Magne Ingebrigtsen*''
Actually, it would be nice if we had format specs for these buffer names.
I may want, for example, to use e-mail addresses to shorten the length,
and some people might want to use the qualified group names, ie. nnml:...
But my main complaint was that seeing ``reply'' confused me
when i thought i had started a followup.

Well, I've reserved "followup" for newsey messages, while "reply" is
reserved for mailey messages. I could change it to "wide reply to..."
after pressing `F', I guess. Fix in Gnus v5.2.27.
