I'm seeing a problem in threading on the debian-laptop mailing list.

The thread is the "2.4.17 kernel & pcmcia problem" thread that you can
see at

My *Summary* buffer shows this thread as:

The problem is with all the messages from Brian Mays; the headers for
one of this messages are:

Typing ^ in a message from Brian Mays takes me to the correct parent
article.  It's just the threading that seems to be confused.
