That is, the ordinary forward adds to many headers, so I've been using "Digest and Mail". Less stuff to edit away... only... if the message you wish to forward is the fist of a thread "Digest and Mail" adds the entire thread, so you end up with quite a bit of stuff to edit away anyway.
