Subject: hiding parts of long to and from-headers
Date: 19 Feb 1999 09:39:16 +0100 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <whemnm3hzf.fsf@viffer.oslo.metis.no> (raw)
Mail aliases in MSExchange/MSOutlook expands to insanely long To and
Cc fields (often multiple to-fields). This is the cause of
http://www.ccs.neu.edu/software/contrib/gnus/#Q4_17
This results in several screenfuls of scrolling before I get down to
the interesting stuff. Is there a way to limit the length of the
_displayed_ _bit_ of a header? (I've searched the manual
unsuccessfully)
