Subject: funky funky Topics and kill/yank groups

Hello gang;

I generally haven't worried about this a whole lot, but since I just did
some reorganizing of my topics (with the advent of nnimap) this really
became a problem.

Here are some things that bugged me:
  * Add a new topic somewhere. It drops down to the bottom of the current
    topic. I cannot move this topic above existing groups. What if I
    /want/ it to be where the point was? Is it not possible to have
        Topic A
                Group 1
                Group 2
                Topic B
                        Group 3
                        Group 4
                Group 5
                Group 6

  * 'T m' does not move a Topic.

  * Killing a range of groups with C-w did something odd for me. I killed
    about 20 groups and went to insert (C-y, one at a time) them into
    another topic. I ended up getting copies of the 20 groups below the
    ones I killed, and the ones I killed appeared to be gone forever.

  * Is it possible to indent the groups under a subtopic so that there is
    alway an X-space difference between the Topic and its Groups (and
    subtopics). This only seems to happen with SubTopics.
