Subject: MIME composition, dumb question

Now that message-mode in pgnus is well on its way to a fairly useful
MIME-message creation tool, is there a simple way to create my own sections
when I want to do things like sending a bug report in a separate MIME
section from my regular text? This would be something like
message-insert-mime-divider or something that would ask what the
Content-Type should be. (Or have I completely missed this buried in the
MML and MIME threads?)

Is it appropriate to send a message that only contains several text/plain
sections?
