  Note : This mail include control character.

  I found a bug(?) on rgnus-0.67.

  I always read mail using nnml method.
  Today , I replace rgnus 0.66 to 0.67 , then I cannot read Japanese 
  character.



  rgnus-0.66 spooled mail KANJI character code is 7bit JIS code like below.

	^[$B%F%9%H%a!<%k^[(B

  But rgnus-0.67 spooled mail KANJI character code is ... 

	\222て\222す\222と\222め\222ー\222る

  Why this situation occurs on only rgnus-0.67?

  Any Idea?
