... and i need a new one. emacs-w3m has still no interface to w3m's
local CGI interface. i can use a local CGI spliced into M-w (lookup
dictionary), but this doesn't work in emacs-w3m. GOTO
"file:///$LIB/w3mcgi.scm?..." also doesn't work.
