i've been running pgnus for a while (currently on v0.75) and i noticed that
it leaves copies of my inbox (from when i hit "g") in my maildir.
e.g.
% ls -l ~/Mail/In*
-rw------- 1 jcmurphy opnstaff 50421 Feb 15 10:07 /u1/opnstaff/jcmurphy/Mail/Incoming00IIwf
-rw------- 1 jcmurphy opnstaff 1700 Feb 15 09:50 /u1/opnstaff/jcmurphy/Mail/Incoming0jQz.t
-rw------- 1 jcmurphy opnstaff 67357 Feb 15 10:50 /u1/opnstaff/jcmurphy/Mail/Incoming0mY4jZ
-rw------- 1 jcmurphy opnstaff 41440 Feb 15 09:50 /u1/opnstaff/jcmurphy/Mail/Incoming0xjlNo
shouldn't these files be cleaned/removed by GNUs after sorting the mbox
into various folders? did i misconfigure something?

You're running a development version which might eat your mail for
breakfast. The Incoming* files are a safety measure.
