The debate about automated (mis)use of this type of web service is very interesting; it is similar to the issue of filtering http proxies that some people use to avoid junk ads in web pages. I suspect that there is a sufficiently large proportion of unsophisticated users who will view advertising for providers not to waste energy on thinking up strategies to annoy freeloaders (not that it would be too difficult for them to generated HTML pages which are impossible to wash automatically).
