elisp packages. There is also <URL:http://www.emacs.org/> ; it would
be good to centralize information there.

Dejanews (with a nicer interface than their horrible new thing at
<URL:http://www.exit109.com/~jeremy/news/deja.html>) is searchable. The
GNU mailing lists are also archived at
