lo lo,
I'm using current cvs with GNU Emacs 23.0.92.1.
I have a lot of incoming MIME messages with weird headers, especially
with missing Charset info.
If I press `W q' on the message, displaying the article fixes, but
without that I see similair characters: http://gzp.pastebin.com/m21347850
How could I fix this problem in my config?

Try `C-u W q' and give a certain charset. It may be iso-8859-1,
windows-1252, or something. If that charset helps most of your
problematic mails, setting the charset group parameter[1],
`gnus-group-charset-alist', or `gnus-default-charset' to it will
make typing of the `C-u' prefix and the charset needless.
