Pterodactyl Gnus v0.69 is released

In some parts of the world, and for some people, a new year has
arrived.  What better way to celebrate than releasing a new Gnus?

Get it from <URL:http://www.gnus.org/pgnus.tar.gz> or
"/ftp@quimby.gnus.org:/pub/gnus/".  The patch is available as
<URL:ftp://quimby.gnus.org/pub/gnus/ding-patches/pgnus-0.68-0.69.diff.gz>.

I just want to report that the downloads from quimby right now are
super-ultra-mega-slow: pgnus-0.69 (via pgnus.tar.gz) averaged 219.75
bytes per second, and the download took more than 66 minutes.

This would not be an issue if it wasn't for the fact that as of this
posting, http://www.gnus.org/pgnus.tar.gz still contains the 0.66
release [ hint, hint :) ].

Some people do read all the way to the bottom of your changelog
entries and do notice your jewels :-)
