When 'q''ing the Summary buffer I am presented (occasionaly) with a
Warning buffer the contents of which are displayed here:

The target text contains the following non ASCII characters(s):
	latin-iso8859-1: e
These can't be encoded safely by the following safe coding systems:
	iso-8859-1 iso-2022-7bit iso2022-7bit-lock iso2022-8bit-ss2
	emacs-mule raw-text iso-2022-7bit-ss2 compound-text

The mini-buffer states:

Select coding system (default iso-8859-1):

To which I just hit enter.  What is this, have I screwed something up?
