Well, I'd like it to be in the same buffer...  Maybe you should
customize it all with something like:

(setq gnus-default-display-locations
	'((message/rfc822 inline)
	  (image/gif popup)
	  (audio/mp3 wait)))   ; wait for me to press 'v', ret, etc...

That would be kind of cool....
