How about pre-ordering with full/partial payment?  I want 2-3 medium/large.

Does one size really fits all?  I, for one, am not a big enough guy to wear
a XL.  M or L fits better me.

Why don't we do a survey on what sizes people want.  Then you can order one
or two sizes that most people want.  Also, you get a ball-park figure of how
many T-shirt to print.
