It seems better that the color is decided by the grand author.
However if he is out, it ought not to be changed.

It is available from ftp://quimby.gnus.org/pub/gnus/etc-0.27.tar.gz.
The default colors of the file gnus.xpm is `september', then apply the
following patch to make it to be shown as `dino'.
