As we don't grasp the behavior of Emacs to Latin characters
perfectly, I think the behavior to Japanese characters may have
not been understood as well.
By the way, I noticed that sent queued articles got broken, and
I've just fixed it. Latin people may have not noticed that
problem. :-p
P.S. TSUCHIYA-san, thanks very much for the detailed description.
It will surely be helpful to an East-West understanding.
