Eh?  But you wrote in the last article as follows:

Isn't there the file /usr/share/emacs/21.2/lisp/cus-dep.el?  If
there's only cus-dep.elc, it makes debugging difficult.  And
your problem is not solved yet.  I will send you the real
cus-dep.el for Emacs 21.2 if necessary.
