In the Japanese environment, it is `iso-2022-jp' even if the system-type is `usg-unix-v'. It is defined in language/*.el files for the command `set-language-environment'. Can it be made the first candidate of `mm-coding-system-priorities'? A similar thing is not in XEmacs, though. -- Katsumi Yamaoka
